About Topic Circles

Topic Circles are opportunities to learn about beliefs to provide more acceptance and foster inclusion in your daily routine, and ultimately in the MVCC environment. We recognize that everyone is at a different place with regard to diversity. The goal is to promote a greater understanding and appreciation for one another and to build and maintain a work culture that ensures everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
