The Applied Technology Center (ATC) will be a state-of-the-art, two-story, 63,760-square-foot facility dedicated to preparing tomorrow's skilled workforce. Rising on the footprint between Payne Hall and Jorgensen Center, the ATC brings together advanced laboratories, modern classrooms, and inspiring collaboration spaces.

16 Specialized Labs
Automation Training Center, Mechatronics & Robotics Lab, Welding Lab, HVAC Lab, and advanced chemistry and engineering spaces.
Flexible Learning Spaces
Three first-floor classrooms, two meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and multipurpose collaboration area with retractable partitions.
Striking Architecture
Double-height lobby with dramatic feature stair, glassfront labs, and connection between mass timber "head" and steel-framed "shed" section.
