Business Office overview
The MVCC Business Office offers a variety of services to both students and the College community. Services include:

Generating bills for tuition and fees, room and board.

Collecting payment for most charges a student might incur, such as tuition, fees, room and board, parking violations, and fitness center dues. The office does not collect library fines.

Handling deferrals for financial aid, third-party sponsorship (such as ACCES-VR, TRA, employer, military, scholarships), employer reimbursement, and information for enrolling in our Nelnet Payment Plan.

Handling the collection of Certificate of Residence forms. Without a valid Certificate of Residence, the office must bill the student for non-resident tuition charges, usually at double the regular tuition rate.

Distributing financial aid refund checks.

Processing tuition refunds in accordance with the school's refund policy.
