39th Annual Foundation Golf Tournament Raises $31,000
This year’s MVCC Foundation Golf Tournament brought a high-flying twist with a Drone Golf Ball Drop. Built by students in MVCC’s Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems program, the custom drone released a flurry of numbered golf balls onto the course, with the closest to the mark winning a prize! Tournament proceeds netted more than $31,000 and support the Foundation’s Areas of Greatest Need, a fund to help the College adapt to evolving challenges to serve our students. Thanks to all our sponsors for making this event possible!
