This year’s topic — embracing artificial intelligence (AI) to promote human flourishing — will be explored in an engaging conversation between MVCC President Dr. Randall VanWagoner and guest speaker Todd McLees, Co-Founder of HumanSkills.Ai.

“The intent of MVCC’s annual Community Convening is to bring together community and business leaders for a shared experience around a topic of relevance to the future vibrancy of our region. As a leading educator in the community, MVCC is pleased and proud to host this event for the second year in a row,” said VanWagoner.

McLees will demystify Generative AI by breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable terms and providing real-world examples of its applications. This approach will make the technology accessible in ways that spark innovation and drive top priorities.

When done right, AI becomes more than a tool — it evolves into a strategic catalyst for sustainable growth and innovation. It can allow organizations to move faster, adapt quicker, and focus on the work that requires human insight and judgment. By aligning AI initiatives with strategic objectives and augmenting the capabilities of their team, organizations can reclaim valuable time and resources and scale efforts across the company, bringing efficiencies to current initiatives and accelerating productivity and growth.
