To file a Criminal or Code of Conduct complaint, contact the Department of Public Safety at 315-731-5777 or stop by their Utica Campus Office in the Academic Building, Room 106 or on the Rome Campus in the Plumley Compex, Room 118. If you’ve experienced or witnessed a bias incident or microaggression, we invite you to share your concerns here. This form goes directly to Todd Marshall, Executive Director of Equity & Inclusion. If you see something concerning or feel uneasy about a situation on or around campus, we encourage you to submit a HawkEye Tip. This form lets you share safety concerns—big or small—with our team. While you can remain anonymous, we do ask for a way to follow up in case more information is needed. Your comfort and safety matter, and your input helps keep our campus community secure.

Hazing Prevention & Awareness
Hazing is abusive, degrading, psychologically damaging, and may be life-threatening. It is unacceptable in all forms and has no place at Mohawk Valley Community College or in our community. Student groups, organizations, and athletic teams are important contributors to a vibrant and positive campus life and are expected to act in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and to treat others with respect.
