Volunteers

All FIRST teams and competitions are powered by many incredible volunteers! We can't do it without you!

Help inspire the youth of today and make all our FIRST robotics tournaments fabulously rewarding and life-changing.

We hold fun and convenient training sessions and share helpful online links to teach you all you need to know. We pair all our new valuable volunteers with seasoned ones.

We’d be honored for you to volunteer at team check-in, as a tournament judge, referee, robot inspector, scorekeeper, or in other technical and non-technical roles needed at our tournaments all over New York State from December through March.

Volunteers make up 99.9% of the FIRST workforce!
