Now serving current 12th graders at Rome Free Academy and MVCC freshman who are RFA graduates.
There is no application to join GEAR UP. If you are interested, please contact us and we will provide you with information.
MVCC GEAR UP is a cohort program, meaning we are supporting students currently in the 12th grade until they graduate from high school (graduation in 2025) and MVCC first year students who graduated from Rome Free Academy class of 2024.
GEAR UP is FREE. We are a discretionary grant program funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
