The weekly rate for a single room is $175. This includes room, WiFi, free parking, all utilities! There are 3 single rooms in each suite. Each suite has 1 1/2 shared bathrooms.  There are no kitchens in the suites.

Placement in rooms will be assigned by Griffiss Institute.

Viceroy and RI will have a 100 block of meals provided.  ACE will have a 50 block of meals provided.  Professors are welcome to purchase the meal plan by emailing reslife@mvcc.edu.  The cost for the optional professor meal plan is $670 for the 50 Block and $1170 for the 100 Block.

• Use of the Residence Hall quad volleyball net, corn hole, etc.
• Use of the campus track
• Free use of the Pool during open swim hours
• A microwave is available in a public lounge for ACE.  For RI, microwaves will be in the Bellamy Hall Suite Gathering Rooms.
• A full refrigerator is available in public lounge for ACE.  For RI, a small 1.6 cubic feet refridgerator will be in the Bellamy Hall Suite Gathering Rooms.
• A shared by building residents kitchen on the first floor is available for professors/grad students staying in Bellamy Hall.

There is no parking fee. Residents are allowed to park in the Dormitory Parking Lot.  A parking sticker (pass) is available from Public Safety - Academic Building Room 106. Please have your registration and license with you when getting your pass.

Yes. Mail and packages are received by the College Monday - Friday.
