The weekly rate for a single room is $185. This includes room, WiFi, free parking, all utilities! There are 3 single rooms in each suite. Each suite has 1 1/2 shared bathrooms.  There are no kitchens in the suites.

Placement in double rooms will be assigned by Griffiss Institute.

Viceroy and RI will have a 100 block of meals provided.  Professors & Grad Students are welcome to purchase the meal plan by emailing reslife@mvcc.edu.

• Free use of the Pool during open swim hours
• A microwave is available in public lounges as well as in the Bellamy Hall Suite Gathering Rooms.
• A small college size refrigerator is available in public lounges as well as in the Bellamy Hall Suite Gathering Rooms.
• A shared by building residents kitchen on the first floor is available for professors/grad students staying in Bellamy Hall.

There is no parking fee. Residents are allowed to park in the Dormitory Parking Lot.  A parking sticker (pass) is available from Public Safety - Academic Building Room 106. Please have your registration and license with you when getting your pass.

Yes. Mail and packages are delivered Monday - Friday.
