Spring 2026 Lunch Series

This spring, our Culinary Arts program is excited to bring back the popular student-run lunch service with a special multi-course tasting menu experience. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully designed progression of dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, technical skill, and creative presentation — all prepared and served by our Hospitality students.

Lunch service will be offered throughout the month of April. Reservations will open in early March and can be made online at mvcceats.square.site. Guests are encouraged to book early as seating is limited and these events fill quickly.

Our lunches are designed to give MVCC Hospitality students a creative outlet for their classroom work. The themes, menus, recipes, food production, and service are the endeavors of students in the Culinary Arts, Dining Room Service, and Baking classes.
