MVCC Hospitality students are offering lunches in a new "modified cafeteria" format this semester. Lunches will be available at our Rome Campus from noon to 1 p.m. on the following Wednesdays: February 28; March 6 and 20; and April 3, 10, and 24.
Spring 2024 Lunch Series
Our culinary students are back at it again with another delicious menu for the spring lunch series. The four-course menu will start with a soup and a salad, and will feature items such as Grilled Filet, Rack of Lamb, Blacked Salmon, and more! Our Baking 2 course will offer a variety of delicious desserts to finish your meal. The cost is $22 per person (including tax). For more information, please call 315-792-5314.
About the MVCC Hospitality Lunch Series
Our lunches are designed to give MVCC Hospitality students a creative outlet for their classroom work. The themes, menus, recipes, food production, and service are the endeavors of students in the Culinary Arts, Dining Room Service, and Baking classes.
