Modules consist of information and activities centered around exploring academic and career goals, understanding college expectations, tools to be successful, ways to engage with the campus community, and getting familiar with campus technology.

Frequently Asked Questions
We have developed the online orientation to assist students in having a successful transition to MVCC. Whether you just graduated high school or are coming back from a long hiatus, orientation will help you get familiar with college expectations, the technology we use, and help you make sure you chose the right major/career path. As a perk, for completing orientation, you will be able to meet with your advisor and schedule classes.

Congratulations! You are now ready to meet with your advisor to discuss scheduling classes. Please call the Holistic Student Support office at 315-731-5710. They will get you set up with an appointment to meet with your advisor.
There are a total of eight modules, and students must score an 80% or higher on each one to advance through the orientation.
