The implementation plan of the Pathway to Graduation Project is below. Each component will be designed, piloted, assessed, and revised in a sequence that will ensure all activities are institutionalized by the end of September 2020.

Year 1 (October 2015 - September 2016)

  • Design enhanced assessment and analytics
  • Design completion coaching model
  • Hire three completion coaches, external evaluator, instructional design consultant
  • Design/renovate Learning Commons
  • Design digital toolkits for customization group one 
  • Evaluate progress in Year 1 and modify plan

Year 2 (October 2016 - September 2017)

  • Design digital toolkits for customization group two 
  • Pilot enhanced assessment and analytics
  • Pilot completion coaching
  • Pilot customization group one toolkits
  • Evaluate progress in year two and modify plan

Year 3 (October 2017 - September 2018)

  • Design digital toolkits for customization group three
  • Pilot toolkits for customization group two
  • Implement enhanced assessment and analytics
  • Implement completion coaching

  • Evaluate progress in year three and modify plan

Year 4 ( October 2018 - September 2019)
