The Office of Accessibility Resources (OAR) is located in Francis A. Wilcox Hall - Room 129 A-E (Inside the Learning Commons)
When driving into Utica, and if you use GPS, the specific address for the Utica MVCC campus is 1101 Sherman Drive, Utica, NY 13501. The OAR office is located in the Wilcox hall building (The one with the Theater and has a clock on the outside). When going in the main doors you will see a set of stairs and an elevator to your right, across from that is a door that has “Learning Commons” over the door.
It is a big room with lots of computers. The OAR office is in the back of the room.
There is a sign hanging from the ceiling that says “Office of Accessibility Resources”
showing our area.
The office numbers are 129A-E. There is also a couch outside the OAR office space
to help you find our area.

The MVCC disability offices in Utica and Rome are National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) voter registration sites.
