Mohawk Valley Community College will host two International Café & Conversation events this fall, providing opportunities for the community to learn about Bosnia and Japan. Both events are free and open to the public.

  • 30+ Years Post-War — Where is Bosnia Now?: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, Francis A. Wilcox Hall room 225, Utica Campus. MVCC Professor Dina Radeljas will share insights from her recent travels to Bosnia. 
  • Explore Japan: 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, Francis A. Wilcox Hall room 225, Utica Campus. Explore Japan from the perspective of both a native and foreigner as Aiko Kane and Dave Marlenga share cultural aspects and travel tips, spotlighting a bicycle trip on one of Japan’s most popular National Cycle Routes.
