American Dining Creations operates the College’s food outlets. Our dining programs are geared toward the preferences and lifestyles of today’s student. These programs are designed to promote the mission of the institution, our commitment to improving quality of life spans and the entire campus dining experience.

In addition to meal plans designed for both Residence Hall students and commuters, there are several places on campus to purchase a quick meal. Whether it is a quick breakfast, lunch, or cup of coffee, American Dining Creations provide its customers with variety of services. Vending machines are also available on both campuses allowing students to have a grab and go option during busy schedule times. To learn more about our dining services, visit MVCCdining.com

Resident and Commuter meals are served in the Hawk’s Nest in an all you care to eat format.  American Dining offers the Green to Go program for anyone who would like to take a meal to go instead of eating in the dining room.  To Go bagged meals can also be ordered so a student can take advantage of all meals on their plan.  For more information on either of the to go options please speak to a manager or supervisor in the Hawk’s Nest.

Meal Plans

  • Residence Hall students are required to purchase one of the meal plans listed on the Room and Board Agreement: Resident Platinum (17 meals) per week, Resident Gold (14 meals) per week or Resident Silver (10 meals) per week. The Meal Plan Agreement is listed in its entirety on page 4 of the Room and Board Agreement.
  • Each Plan includes $100.00 of Hawk Dollars.
  • Hawk Dollars are monies placed into an account accessed with an I.D. card, which is used like a debit card for purchasing food in any of the dining services retail locations. Additional Hawk Dollars can be added at any time during the semester in the Auxiliary Services Office.
  •  Commuter students may purchase plans offering 30, 45 or 60 meals throughout a semester plus $200.00 of Hawk Dollars. There is also a "Hawk only" commuter plan available. Meal plans may be purchased with financial aid in the Auxiliary Services Office.
